Welcome to the 26th season of the Mostly Nordic Chamber Music Series! We are thrilled to return to in-person live music with a season that encompasses exciting chamber music offerings from the five Nordic countries and tangents slightly into shared musical traditions. We'll blend some of the “greats” (Grieg, Sibelius, Heise) with lesser-known historical composers, as well as contemporary, living composers and three world-premiere performances. Our stellar lineup of musicians includes some of the best from the region and across the United States—many with roots in the old-world and a special connection to the music they'll be sharing with you. We can't wait to gather again and encounter the magic of live music, and to share the mutual experience of letting the sounds wash over us and feed our souls.
