An Autumn Construction Update

We received our final building permit at the beginning of last month - we are over the last hurdle and site prep is well underway. The construction crew is now grinding up the existing concrete pad and leveling the site. Once that happens, the crew will install over 300 pilings into the ground. Pile caps and grade beams will form the initial foundation for the steel structure, which will start going up in mid-February 2017.
