What a great opening of our new panel exhibition; Norway and the United States — Partners in the Polar Region. If you are in town tonight for the Syttende Mai parade here in Ballard, you will have a chance to meet the Minister and her husband Trond Helleland; they are the grand marshals of the parade.
A big thank you to the Norwegian Minister of Culture, Linda Cathrine Hofstad Helleland for visiting the Museum yesterday together with her family, Consul Sindre Stemshaug Bornstein from San Francisco, and Honorary Consul Kim Nesselquist from Seattle.
