This month’s project is: abstract collage! Use upcycled materials from around your house for this project. We will be taking inspiration from some Scandinavian textiles, patterns, and forms to make our own collage art.
Materials needed:
Upcycled paper (newspaper, junk mail, magazines, etc)
A heavier paper to mount your collage on (like mixed media, cardstock, or watercolor paper)
Glue
Scissors
You can also bring watercolors, markers, or colored pencils if you want to experiment with color your own pieces of paper to use for your collage.
This month’s cocktail is: Blackberry Crush! You’ll need:
- Blackberries
- Lemon juice
- Simple syrup
- Vodka
- Seltzer water
- Mint sprig for garnish
