Volunteer and Member Lounge Open Hours

Every Friday through July, we are opening up the Museum's Library as a Volunteer and Member Lounge!

Museum Members and volunteers will be able to enjoy a quiet, sunny location to relax, connect, and recharge. You will also have access to peruse over 1,300 books shelved in our Library and free Wi-fi. Please note that this is a browsing library only; books cannot be checked out.

Accessing the Volunteer and Member Lounge

To access the Lounge, check in at the Admissions Desk on Fridays between 10am and 4pm. Please bring your Member card or Volunteer badge. Please note that space is limited and passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations.

Lounge Guidelines:

1. Please treat fellow guests and staff with respect, and follow any guidance from museum staff.
2. Headphones are required for audio and video use.
3. Please keep phone and video calls brief and low-volume.
4. Covered beverages are welcome, food is not permitted.
5. Please respect privacy—do not photograph other guests or staff without their consent.
6. Guests under 15 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
7. Bags may be subject to inspection, and some items may not be permitted in the space.
8. No plants or flowers are allowed.
9. Access to the lounge may be revoked at staff discretion.
