Just in time for the holidays, learn how to make cookies from throughout the Nordic region!

Learn more about Nordic cookies in this special baking class with The Pantry! In this three hour class, you'll learn various tips and techniques for baking cookies from throughout the Nordic region. You'll leave with a batch of freshly baked cookies and new baking skills just in time for the holiday season!

The menu includes 

  • Chokladsnittar: Swedish malted chocolate rye slices
  • Sarah Bernhardt cookies: Danish almond meringue cookies with blackcurrant cream and dipped in chocolate
  • Piparkakut: Finnish gingerbread cookies with piped orange blossom royal icing
  • Serinakaker: Norwegian butter bookie sandwiches with cloudberry jam filling and pearl sugar
