As part of New Nordic: Cuisine, Aesthetics and Place, the Museum invites guests to a tasting by a select group of diverse chefs in the Seattle area. Pulling from locally sourced ingredients, each chef will create a “bite” that captures the spirit of the New Nordic Food Manifesto, as told through their own personal and cultural stories.
